What Clients Say
"

Stacey holds a space so sacred, so precisely calibrated, that the healing happens almost without you noticing. And then you look up and you have come home to yourself.

"

I came in carrying weight I didn't have words for. I left knowing what it was, where it came from, and — for the first time — what to actually do about it. She goes where others don't.

Energy Medicine Client

"

I spent years in therapy and never moved the thing that was actually in the way. One session with Stacey moved it. I'm still processing how that's possible.

I asked Stacey to create a meditation space in my home and what she built is something I walk into every morning and immediately feel different. It isn't decoration. It holds something. I don't know how else to describe it except that the room does something.

The Beginning

Stacey Valle has been living at the intersection of spirituality and healing her entire life. Her mother ran one of Northern California's largest crystal shops in the 1980s — and Stacey grew up immersed in astrology, tarot, sound healing, and metaphysics long before the wellness world gave it a name. Her mom didn't just sell crystals. She lived the work. And so did Stacey.

Rooted in a lineage that includes Native American healing traditions, Stacey has spent decades deepening her practice across energy medicine, shamanic studies, somatic breathwork, sound frequency healing, and consciousness work.

What I Believe About Healing

Most healing stays at the surface — managing symptoms, reframing thoughts, adjusting behavior. It rarely touches the subconscious root, the inherited belief, the soul-level wound that's actually running the pattern. That's the gap Stacey works in.

She believes that every person carries within them the full knowledge of who they are. The work isn't about becoming someone new — it's about clearing what has obscured that knowing. Consciousness expansion is not a destination. It's a return.

Sacred space is not decoration. The container is part of the medicine itself. This is why every space Stacey builds, every session she holds, every event she creates is designed with the same level of care.

The Personal Healing

After healing herself from Lyme disease and complex chronic illness — including multiple co-infections — when conventional medicine ran out of answers, Stacey developed a deep expertise in working with chronic and autoimmune conditions that goes beyond what most integrative practitioners offer.

She has since guided many others through similar journeys. She knows what it's like to be told there's nothing more to do — and she knows there is always more.

Getting started

Step 01

Reach Out

Start with a message or consultation request. You don't need to have it all figured out — you just need to feel the call.

Step 02

Consultation

A conversation to understand where you are, what you're carrying, and what kind of work will actually move it.

Step 03

The Work Begins

Sessions held with intention, care, and the depth your healing deserves. Every detail of the container is considered.

Step 04

Integration

What happens after the session matters. Stacey supports you in integrating the work and sustaining the shifts.

Sacred Space Creation

Soul Sanctuaries

Spaces designed as sacred containers — where every detail is part of the medicine. Each sanctuary is built with intention, beauty, and the understanding that the environment itself participates in healing.

The space is not a backdrop.
It is the container.
And the container
is part of the medicine.

Every space Stacey creates begins with a single question: what does this space need to hold? From there, every object, every color, every arrangement of light and energy is a deliberate answer to that question.

Sacred space creation is not interior design. It is the intentional building of an energetic container — one that supports the healing, the ritual, or the daily practice that will happen inside it. When a space is built this way, people feel it the moment they walk in.

Why Most Healing Doesn't Stick —
And What Actually Moves the Block

After decades of practice, one thing has become undeniably clear to me: the reason healing doesn't hold isn't a lack of effort. It isn't a lack of desire. It isn't even a lack of the right tools. The reason healing doesn't stick is that most approaches never reach the root.

I have sat with hundreds of people who have done years of therapy, tried every modality, read every book, attended every workshop — and still find themselves cycling through the same patterns, the same relationships, the same feelings of being stuck. And when they come to me, what I often find is this: they have spent years working on the leaves while the roots remained untouched.

"You can prune the branches as many times as you want. But if the root is still there, the pattern will grow back."

What the Root Actually Is

The root isn't a thought. It isn't a behavior. It isn't even a memory, exactly. The root is a subconscious belief — usually formed very early in life, often inherited from our lineage — that has been quietly running the show ever since. These beliefs live beneath conscious access. They operate in the body, in the nervous system, in the energetic field. They are not accessible through talking alone.

This is why cognitive approaches can give you tremendous insight and still leave you feeling like something just won't move. You understand the pattern. You can name it, trace it, even predict when it will show up. But understanding it and shifting it are two entirely different things.

Where Shamanic Work Comes In

Shamanic practice works at a different level entirely. It works at the level of soul — the level where the original wound lives, where the inherited belief was first encoded, where the energetic imprint was created. This is not metaphor. The body holds this. The energy field holds this. And when you work at that level, things move that simply cannot move any other way.

In my practice, I have watched people release patterns they had carried for decades — in a single session. Not because anything magical happened, but because we finally went to where the block actually lived. We didn't just talk about it. We moved it.

What This Means for You

If you have been doing the work and still feel stuck, I want you to hear this: it is not because you are broken. It is not because healing isn't possible for you. It is most likely because the work hasn't yet reached the level where the block lives.

Real healing goes all the way to the root. It is not comfortable, and it is not always linear. But it is possible. And when it happens, it holds — because you are not just managing the pattern anymore. You have moved it from the place it was created.

The Difference Between
Healing and Returning

There is a word we use so casually in the wellness world that we have almost stopped hearing it. Healing. We talk about healing our wounds, healing our past, healing our relationships. And I understand why — the word is meaningful. But I want to offer you a different frame, because I think the word we reach for most often is actually pointing us in the wrong direction.

Healing implies that something is broken. That there is damage to be repaired, a wound to be closed, a self to be fixed. And when we operate from that framework, we approach ourselves as a problem to be solved. We work on ourselves. We try to become better versions of ourselves. We strive toward some imagined future state where we will finally be whole.

"You were never broken. You were buried. The work is not repair — it is excavation."

What a Return Actually Feels Like

A return is different. A return is the recognition that who you are — at the deepest level, beneath the conditioning, beneath the wounds, beneath the survival strategies you built to get through — has always been intact. It has never left. It has simply been covered.

When people experience real shifts in this work, they rarely describe it as becoming someone new. They describe it as feeling like themselves again. Like coming home. Like remembering something they had forgotten they knew. That is a return.

Why This Distinction Matters

When you approach your growth as healing, you are always working from a place of deficit. You are always moving away from something. When you approach it as a return, you are moving toward something. Toward yourself. Toward the truth of who you are beneath everything that has accumulated on top of it.

This is not a semantic distinction. It changes how you hold yourself in the work. It changes what you expect of yourself. And it changes what becomes possible.

Back to Blog Sacred Space

Sacred Space
Is Not Decoration

Every space I have ever built — every healing room, every session space, every event I have designed — has been built from the same foundational belief: the container is part of the medicine. Not a backdrop. Not an aesthetic choice. The container itself is doing work.

I learned this early, long before I had the language to describe it. Growing up in my mother's crystal shop, I understood intuitively that the objects, the energy, the arrangement of a space communicated something. That people felt differently walking in than they did walking out. That something was happening in the room itself, separate from anything that was being said or done.

"When a space is built with intention, it becomes a living participant in the healing. It holds people before the work even begins."

What Intentional Space Actually Does

When I designed Aura Holistic and Metaphysical Wellness, I did not start with aesthetics. I started with intention. What do I want people to feel the moment they walk through the door? What needs to be released before a session begins? What energetic environment will support the deepest possible work?

Every detail was an answer to those questions. The lighting. The materials. The placement of objects. The flow from one space to the next. None of it was decoration. All of it was design in the truest sense — the deliberate shaping of an environment to serve a purpose.

You Can Do This in Your Own Life

You do not need a wellness center to create sacred space. You need intention. A corner of a room. A specific chair. A morning ritual that signals to your nervous system: this time is different. This is the time for truth. For stillness. For the kind of listening that isn't available in the middle of an ordinary day.

Sacred space is not about perfection. It is about signal. You are telling yourself — and the energy around you — that something intentional is happening here. And when you do that consistently, the space begins to hold you in return.

When Conventional Medicine
Runs Out of Answers

I know what it feels like to sit across from a doctor and hear the words: there is nothing more we can do. I know the particular kind of devastation in that moment — not just the fear, but the abandonment. The sense that you have been handed back to yourself without a map.

I lived that moment. And then I found my way through it — not because someone else led me there, but because I had spent my entire life building a relationship with healing traditions that conventional medicine doesn't have categories for. Traditions that turned out to hold the answers the system could not.

What Chronic Illness Actually Is

After healing myself from Lyme disease and complex chronic illness — including multiple co-infections that conventional medicine struggled to identify, let alone treat — I came to understand something that I now carry into every client relationship: chronic illness is rarely just a physical event.

The body does not exist in isolation. It exists in relationship — to the nervous system, to the emotional body, to the energetic field, to the stories we carry and the beliefs we hold. When illness becomes chronic, it is almost always communicating something that has not yet been heard at those deeper levels.

"The body is not your enemy. It is the most honest voice you have. Chronic illness is often that voice, turned all the way up."

What My Work Offers That the System Cannot

My background in nursing gives me a clinical foundation that I do not set aside when I work with chronic illness clients. I understand the physiology. I understand the diagnostic landscape. But I bring something the system cannot: the ability to work at the energetic and soul level simultaneously.

This means we look at what the body is holding emotionally. What patterns are keeping the nervous system in a state it cannot leave. What beliefs about the self may be contributing to a system that cannot fully heal.

This is not about blame. The body is not punishing you. But it is communicating. And when we finally listen at the level it is speaking from, things begin to shift that could not shift before.

If This Is Your Story

If you have been told there is nothing more to do — I want you to know there is more. Not because I have a cure. But because the approaches that healed me, and that I have seen heal others, have not yet been part of your journey. And they deserve to be.

What It Means to
Hold Sacred Space

There is a phrase that gets used often in healing circles — holding space — and like many phrases that travel widely, it has lost some of its precision. People use it to mean being present, being supportive, listening without judgment. And those things are part of it. But holding sacred space is something more specific.

Holding sacred space is not passive. It is not simply showing up and being quiet. It is an active, energetic, and intentional act of creating a container — a field — in which another person's deepest healing can occur. The practitioner is not the healer. The healing belongs to the person on the table. The practitioner's job is to make the container safe enough, clear enough, and strong enough that the healing can actually happen.

"My job in a session is not to guide the journey. It is to hold the walls so the journey can go where it needs to go."

What That Requires of the Practitioner

This kind of holding requires that I arrive to every session having done my own work. That I am not carrying unprocessed emotion, unresolved energy, or personal agenda into the room. The clarity of the container depends entirely on the clarity of the person holding it. This is why ongoing personal practice and my own healing work are not optional for me — they are foundational to doing this job with integrity.

It also requires a kind of surrender. I cannot decide what needs to happen in a session. I cannot force the work in a direction I think is right. My job is to be so present, so clear, and so unattached to outcome that whatever needs to emerge can emerge without interference.

Why It Matters for You

When you are in a session with me, you will feel this — even if you don't have words for it. You will feel held. Not managed, not directed, not performed for — held. And in that holding, you will find it safe to go places you have not been able to go in other contexts.

That is the gift of sacred space. Not answers. Not direction. A container strong enough for your own truth to emerge — on its own terms, in its own time.

From Shame to Joy:
The Emotional Frequency Map

One of the frameworks that most fundamentally shapes how I work is the understanding of emotional frequency — the idea that our emotions exist on a vibrational spectrum, and that where we are on that spectrum shapes everything: the thoughts we have, the decisions we make, the relationships we attract, the physical experiences our bodies have.

This is not a new idea. It appears in ancient healing traditions, in modern consciousness research, and in the lived experience of anyone who has ever noticed that when they feel low, everything feels heavier — and when they feel genuinely joyful, life seems to open up in ways that feel almost magical.

The Spectrum

At the lower end of the emotional frequency spectrum are states like shame, guilt, and grief. These are not bad emotions — they are human experiences, and they carry important information. But they are also energetically heavy. They contract the field. They narrow perception. They make it difficult to access clarity, creativity, or connection.

Moving up the spectrum, we encounter emotions like courage, willingness, and acceptance. These are transitional states — frequencies where movement becomes possible, where the grip of the lower states begins to loosen.

"Shame isn't a character flaw. It is a frequency. And all frequencies can shift — when we know how to work with them."

At the higher end of the spectrum are states like love, joy, and what I would call peace — a deep, unshakeable sense of okayness that is not dependent on external circumstances. These are the states that I believe are our natural inheritance. Not something to be earned or achieved, but something to be returned to.

How This Shows Up in the Work

When someone comes to me carrying shame — whether they name it that or not — I can feel it in the energy of the session. It has a particular quality, a particular weight. And the work we do together is not to make the shame go away through willpower or positive thinking. It is to trace it to its origin, to understand what it is protecting, and to create the energetic conditions for it to release.

When shame releases — and it does release, in this work — what comes in its place is not forced positivity. It is genuine lightness. A frequency that was always there, beneath the accumulated weight, finally able to breathe again.

What This Means for Your Everyday Life

You do not have to wait for a session to begin working with this. Notice, right now, where you are on the spectrum. Not to judge it — just to notice. Are you in a contracted state? An expansive one? What emotion is running most loudly in the background of your day?

Awareness is the first movement. You cannot shift what you cannot see. And once you can see clearly where you are — that is when the real work, and the real movement, becomes possible.

This is The Return. Not a destination — a direction. And it begins with exactly where you are right now.

Growing Up in
the Crystal Shop

Northern California in the 1980s. A crystal shop that was always full. And a little girl who didn't know yet that what felt completely normal to her was anything but.

My mom ran one of the largest crystal and metaphysical shops in Northern California. She didn't just sell crystals — she lived the work. Astrology, tarot, sound healing, energy medicine, plant wisdom. These were not things we read about or explored on weekends. They were the texture of daily life. The language of our household. The lens through which we understood everything.

I didn't have words for it then. I just knew that our home felt different from other homes. That the conversations we had were different. That the way we moved through the world — paying attention to energy, to cycles, to the unseen — was different from what I encountered at school, with friends, in the broader culture that was only just beginning to discover the things my family had always known.

"I didn't find this world. I was born into it. And it took me years to understand what a gift that was."

What I Learned Without Knowing I Was Learning

There are things you absorb when you grow up in an environment like that — not through instruction, but through immersion. I learned that healing was not a last resort. It was a first language. I learned that the body communicates in ways that go far beyond symptoms. I learned that space matters — that the objects in a room, the energy of a place, the intention behind an arrangement all do something real and felt.

I learned that people are hungry for this. Watching people walk into that shop — sometimes hesitant, sometimes desperate, sometimes simply curious — and leave changed. Lighter. More themselves. That stayed with me. The hunger people have to be seen and held in the fullness of who they are, not just the parts that are easy to understand.

The Path That Followed

I went on to work in the modern medical field. I built a clinical foundation that I am deeply grateful for — it gave me a precision and a rigor that I carry into my healing work to this day. But I never left the world I was born into. I deepened it. I followed the thread of Native American healing traditions that runs through my lineage. I studied shamanic practice, energy medicine, somatic work, sound frequency healing. I kept going deeper into the territory I had been circling since childhood.

When I co-founded Aura Holistic and Metaphysical Wellness, I was building the thing I had always known was possible — a space where the wisdom I grew up with could meet people who needed it.

Why I'm Telling You This

Because I think it matters where someone comes from when they ask you to trust them with your healing. I am not someone who discovered this world in adulthood and built a practice around it. This is the world I was raised in. These traditions are in my bones. This work is not something I do — it is something I am.
